The website petraam.com is operated by Petra Arnež Mohorič s.p., hereinafter referred to as the "provider." If you visit our website or make purchases through it, you must agree to the general terms and conditions, so please read them carefully.

1. Prices
The prices for individual services apply at the time of placing the order. Prices may change before and after this time. All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.
2. Payment methods
The provider offers the following payment methods to the customer:
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
Once the customer places the order, they will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours. The invoice contains all the necessary details for the transfer to the provider's transaction account. Payment to the transaction account must be completed before the workshop or Coaching program begins.
PAYPAL
For this type of payment, you need a PayPal account. The customer can always read the PayPal terms of use here: https://www.paypal.com/si/webapps/mpp/home
CREDIT CARDS
The customer enters all the details into the form and completes the payment. The customer will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours.
3. Purchase procedure
After browsing the website, the user can decide to purchase Coaching programs or tickets for workshops. The order is considered confirmed once the payment is made. The Coaching program begins on the day the provider receives the payment, and at that time, the provider will coordinate with the client to set a mutually suitable date. The workshop begins on the day announced on the website under events. Detailed instructions for Coaching programs and workshops are provided in the description of each service.
The invoice will be addressed to the individual or legal entity you provide. All prices listed on the website www.petraam.com are final and include VAT.
4. Withdrawal from the purchase of services
Coaching programs
The customer must notify the provider in writing via email at hola@petraam.com within 24 hours after the first session of the Coaching program to withdraw from the purchase. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the order before the withdrawal deadline expires.
The money for the returned service will be refunded to you no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the purchase. Petra Arnež Mohorič s.p. will retain 20% of the payment because the first session of the Coaching program has already taken place.
The provider is obligated to issue a credit note to the customer for 80% of the payment.
Service: Workshop ticket
If the customer is unable to attend the workshop, they must notify the provider via email at hola@petraam.com no later than the day before the workshop, without the need to provide a reason. The provider is obliged to issue a voucher for the value of the purchase, which the customer can use for the next workshop date or for a Coaching program, no later than 6 months from the purchase date. In this case, the money for the returned service will not be refunded.
5. Copyright and related rights
The content published on the website www.petraam.com is the sole and time-unlimited property of Petra Arnež Mohorič and is protected by copyright under applicable laws. The content includes text, images, audio, and video material.
The use of texts, photographs, audio, or video material requires prior approval from Petra Arnež Mohorič. Use is permitted on the condition that the author is credited and a link to the original publication on the website www.petraam.com is provided.
6. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes
Petra Arnež Mohorič s.p., in accordance with legal regulations, does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
Petra Arnež Mohorič s.p., as a service provider engaged in e-commerce within the Republic of Slovenia, publishes an electronic link on its website to the platform for online resolution of consumer disputes (ODR platform). The platform is available to consumers via the electronic link.
The aforementioned arrangement is based on the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes, as well as the amendments to Regulation (EU) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
7. Right to privacy
All personal data will be used exclusively for sending invoices, offers, brochures, etc. Personal data will not be transferred or shared with third parties.
8. Communication between the provider and the user
The provider may communicate with the user via phone, email, or other means of remote communication, unless the user prohibits it.
9. Disclaimer of liability
Delivery times, prices, and other information may change so quickly that the provider may not manage to update all the details. In such cases, the provider will notify the customer of any changes later and will allow the customer to cancel the order or exchange the service, if possible.
10. Complaints
Users can file a complaint in case of issues via email at hola@petraam.com. The provider will respond to the complaint within 14 days or inform the user of how long it will take to resolve the complaint. The provider will make every effort to resolve any disputes amicably in the shortest time possible.
