As a wedding present, Gregor and I received the book LIFE IS YOURS, written by the world-famous author Louise Hay. We got it from a wonderful couple who have been married for a long time and have overcome many obstacles together. I read the book on the way to the Seychelles, where we went to get married. Gregor read it two days before the wedding ceremony. I had come across this book before, but this time it was right in my heart, because there was a sequel that summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
THE ROAD TO AMERICA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, the book LIFE IS YOURS<\/strong> took me to America, where I discovered the wonderful philosophy of Louise Hay: Change your mind and you will change your life.<\/strong> When I delved into this philosophy, I knew immediately that I could change the course of the future and not inherit the family disease of colon cancer, which killed my grandmother, whom I loved dearly.
Today I know why she died of this disease, which is multiplying all over the world. Above all, my grandmother felt and lived in fear of life. She was often deprived of a full life because of her fear. She unwittingly filled our lives with this fear many times.
Her husband, my grandfather, did not know how to hear her, motivate her, give her space to express her feelings, share her fears and let out all the resentments that were eating her up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BUT, IT COULD BE DIFFERENT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
I want something different for myself, so I started researching, educating myself and looking for the kindest way to turn fear to my advantage, to start listening to my body, to take responsibility, to finally put myself first and live my life. And it was Louise Hay's philosophy that, in a very short time, gave me a completely different outlook on life.
Today I am truly in love with life, which has become a rich life without fear. Day by day it is becoming more aware, more responsible, more self-centred and I know how to put myself first.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I STARTED TEACHING INDIVIDUALS HOW TO LIVE WITHOUT FEAR<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through workshops and coaching, I started teaching people how to start focusing on themselves, not on fear, how to live in the moment, how to say no, how to take responsibility for everything that happens to you. And above all how to start changing your thoughts in a very simple way and how to train your mind to become your best friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
BUT I DISCOVERED SOMETHING DEEPER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
It works even more if you start living at home as two complete families.
I didn't know how to do that in my first marriage, I was always pointing fingers, always expecting a lot from others, but I didn't know how to communicate it. Everyone else was always more important than me, and I came in when I was tired of living for others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today I have a wonderful ally at home to whom I can tell my fears, express my anger and my sadness. But I don't give him this responsibility or expect him to be my therapist, but we both act as independent wholes, living in connection. We have learned to focus on ourselves and listen to each other when necessary. We have learned to forgive and we help each other when we forgive others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And when a wonderful couple came to my Vortex Centre for the first time and didn't want me to do coaching with them separately, I knew what needed to change in my work. This amazing couple explained to me in a very simple way that if they wanted to have a quality, long-lasting relationship, they would come for coaching together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It's a wonderful programme that I have created based on Louise Hay's philosophy and added my own secrets that make it unique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
