Prices for individual services are valid at the time of ordering and are subject to change before and after that time. All prices are quoted in euros (€) and include VAT.
The Provider offers the following payment methods to the Customer:
DIRECT BANKING TRANSACTION
Once the customer has placed the order, they will receive an invoice by email within 24 hours. The invoice contains all the necessary information for the transfer to the supplier's TRR. The payment to the transaction account is made before the workshop or the start of the Coaching Programme.
PAYPAL
You will need a PayPal account for this type of payment. The buyer can always read the PayPal terms of use here: https://www.paypal.com/si/webapps/mpp/home
PAYMENT CARDS
The buyer enters all the details in the form and makes the payment. The buyer receives an invoice by email within 24 hours.
After viewing the website, users can choose to purchase Coaching Programmes or tickets for workshops. By paying the purchase price, the order is considered confirmed. The Coaching Programme starts on the day the payment is received by the Operator and the Client and the Operator agree on a time that is convenient for both of them. The workshop starts on the date that is listed on the website under events. Detailed instructions for Coaching Programmes and Workshops are given in the description of each service.
The invoice will be addressed to the natural or legal person you specify. All prices quoted on www.petraam.com are final and include VAT.
Coaching programme service
The Purchaser must notify the Provider in writing of the cancellation of the purchase by email to hola@petraam.com within 24 hours after the first meeting of the Coaching Programme. In order for the withdrawal period to be observed, it is sufficient that the notice regarding the exercise of the Buyer's right of withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period of this order.
We will refund the money for the returned service within 14 days of the cancellation of the purchase. Petra Arnež Mohorič s.p. is withholding 20% payments because the first meeting of the Coaching Programme has already taken place.
The supplier is obliged to send a credit note to the buyer for the 80% part of the payment.
Service Workshop ticket
If the buyer is unable to attend the workshop, he/she must inform the provider by e-mail hola@petraam.com at least one day before the workshop that he/she will not be attending the workshop, without giving a reason. The Provider is obliged to issue a voucher for the value of the purchase, which can be used for the next workshop or for the Coaching Programme within a maximum of 6 months from the date of purchase. In this case, no refund will be made for the returned service.
The content published on www.petraam.com is the sole and unlimited property of Peter Arnež Mohorič and is protected by copyright under applicable law. Content includes text, images, audio and video material.
The use of text, photographs, audio or video material is subject to the prior approval of Petra Arnež Mohorič. Use is permitted on condition that the author is acknowledged and a link to the original publication is provided on the website www.petraam.com.
Petra Arnež Mohorič s.p. does not, in accordance with the legal norms, recognise any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for the resolution of a consumer dispute that could be brought by a consumer in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
Petra Arnež Mohorič s.p., as a service provider dealing with online commerce in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP). The platform is available to consumers via an electronic link.
These rules are based on the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EU) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
All personal data will be used exclusively for sending invoices, offers, leaflets, etc. Personal data will not be handed over or passed on to third parties.
The Provider may communicate with the User by telephone, e-mail or other means of distance communication, unless the User prohibits the Provider from doing so.
Delivery times, prices and other information sometimes change so quickly that the supplier is unable to keep all the information up to date. In such cases, the Supplier will inform the Buyer of any changes at a later date and will give the Buyer the opportunity to cancel the order or to change the service, if possible.
In case of problems, users can complain by email to hola@petraam.com. The provider will reply to the complaint within 14 days or inform the user how long it will take to process the complaint. The Provider will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably as soon as possible.
